A company name is useful. Its reported fleet, operating classification and dated source history make it a better research starting point.
TruckerFetch brings these details into one carrier workspace. Narrow a list to your service area, inspect a profile, save relevant carriers and prepare an export for your own follow-up process.
Reported values stay distinguishable from estimates and unknowns. The product is designed to show what was observed and when, so an old filing or a missing contact is easier to recognize.

A first observation is when TruckerFetch first sees an eligible carrier after the initial baseline. It is different from the day the company was formed, the date it registered or the effective date of an authority event.
If a source is delayed, the previous edition retains its original date. A validated release with no eligible additions can produce a clearly labeled empty edition. Neither state is presented as a fresh batch of contacts.

Everything in Starter, plus source-backed insurance research, scoped REST keys, hosted MCP and signed webhooks. Check current Pro availability and review the evidence labels on each insurance date.
Our public sample explains the field layout using fictional companies and reserved example contacts. It is a format preview rather than evidence of current coverage or delivered lead volume.
The public preview and six-digit email sign-in are available. The public example is synthetic; signed-in records show their source and date. Check the plans page for current purchase availability and your workspace for published editions.
TruckerFetch is built around independently collected FMCSA public records. Company Census observations describe carrier identity and reported business information. Operating authority and insurance filings are separate sources with their own dates. Our methodology explains how those records fit together.
A reported email or phone is information supplied in a source record. A valid format does not prove that a mailbox works, that a number reaches the owner or that the recipient has consented to marketing. Missing and restricted fields remain unavailable.
No. A daily lead is an eligible carrier first observed by TruckerFetch after its initial baseline. Its registration, authority and business formation dates can differ. Review the dates and evidence on the record before drawing a conclusion.
Starter is designed for dashboard research and CSV exports that you can import into your own workflow. Pro adds scoped REST access, hosted MCP and signed webhooks. These integrations are implemented but still awaiting production acceptance; no native CRM connector or completed AI-client certification is implied.
